By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

We distribute press releases to media outlets, news sites, newswires, and journalists. You write or upload a release, choose who should see it by country, industry, and topic, and send it with a release from your bundle. We then send it out and give you a report of where it was published, with links, views, and clicks.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and what you submit.

• Keep your login details safe and do not share them.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service in a fair and lawful way.

• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing press releases.
• You must own or have the rights to the content, images, and brand mentions you submit.
• Do not use the service to harm others or break any law.

Payment and Refunds

Releases are sold in yearly bundles, and payment is due before distribution. Once a release is sent, it cannot be recalled from the outlets and journalists who received it, so review your release carefully before you send it. Because distribution cannot be undone, sent releases are not refundable.

No Guarantee of Coverage

We distribute your release to the outlets and journalists you target, but we do not control editorial decisions. We do not guarantee that any specific outlet, news site, or journalist will publish or cover your release.

Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the press releases and content you submit. By submitting content, you give us the rights we need to distribute it to the outlets and journalists you target. The service itself, including our software, design, and branding, remains our property.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business, or lost coverage that result from your use of the service.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date above. If you keep using the service, you accept the updated terms.
